PACKING AND DISPATCHING

Once your order has been successfully placed, our team begins the fulfillment process promptly. All orders are typically packed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package has been shipped.

Shipping Timeframe:

Following dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Please note that external factors such as regional holidays, courier delays, or inclement weather may occasionally affect delivery times.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the case of a size issue.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact just as it was delivered.


Items that show signs of wear or are returned without the original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the following criteria:


The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.


There should be no signs of damage, such as tears, stains, odors, or any indication that the product has been worn or laundered.

Important:

If the returned product shows any signs of wear, damage, or washing, it will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Process:


If the item passes inspection, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.


Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


You will be notified via email once the refund has been successfully processed.
